Youth House League Highlights

• USA Hockey and the NHL launch the new American Development Model

• NEW USA Hockey Mite Cross Ice Program!
• Season will start early/mid October and will run to March
• One game and one practice a week
• Official Junior Charger Jersey and Socks Provided (for termite, mite, squirt, peewee)
• Kick-off Festival Weekend with Special Guests
• Season Finishes with Year-End Tournament

Youth House League General Information

• New players encouraged to attend Learn to Play Hockey Program
• Full equipment required (contact the Hockey Office if you would like to rent equipment, contact the pro shop at 256.880.7860 if you would like to purchase equipment)
• No third player discounts will be provided
• Play up requests will be handled at evaluations
  • Register at your age appropriate division!
  • CLICK HERE to download a Play-Up Request Form, fill it out and bring it to the Hockey Office NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 18TH!
  • You must attend BOTH tryouts (one for your age division and one for the division you are requesting to play up to)
• Do you have questions regarding whether your child can play in a division above or below his/her age group? Are you unsure of what division to sign your child up for?

• House League Opening Festival Weekend – October 23rd and 24th
  • All Mite, Squirt, and Peewee will play games on October 23rd and 24th (Sat and Sun) (schedules will be posted online)
  • Termites will have a practice on Sat, October 23rd
  • Middle School will not have games this weekend but will start their games early November
