#1 - USA HOCKEY REGISTRATION

ALL COACHES AND PLAYERS must be registered with USA Hockey PRIOR to registering for any HAHA program. Registration with USA Hockey is done online.  Go to the USA Hockey website to register with USA Hockey (see the instructions below): http://www.usahockeyregistration.com/

• Choose ice players/coaches of Participating Programs
• Fill in your birthdate and click the continue button
• Fill in the information on the form and click the continue button (items
  with a red * are required information)
• Fill in the payment information and click the "pay now" button (items with
  a red * are required information)
• When payment is complete a page will appear confirming this.
• A receipt will be available, click the open and print to view and print the receipt.
• Print one copy of the bar-coded receipt USA hockey generates when you
  register for your records.
  • Keep the bar code to use in the registration process for your HAHA program.
